QUESTION:
How Much Will My Order Cost to Ship?
ANSWER:
Our Shopping Cart is integrated with UPS and USPS to calculate shipping based on
the dollar amount and zone destination. You can calculate the shipping cost of
your order at any point in your order ! To learn
how, please click on the "Shipping" tab at the top of any page. Locate the ship
to zone number and the % to use with the displayed Sub-total, of your order. To change
your order at any time, just click on "Shopping Cart" !

QUESTION:
How long does it take for my order to ship?
ANSWER:
Normally, your order will leave our warehouses in California or Texas within 48
hours (second business day). To view shipping time, please click on the "Shipping"
tab.

QUESTION:
I would like my order rushed to me, can I pay
for express shipping?
ANSWER:
Our shopping cart is set-up to provide you with a complete selection of
shipping options; this selection includes (Rush) 2nd day services. Paying
for express shipping is not the same as paying for express processing. If you
need your order shipped from our warehouse within the next business day, you must contact us by
email for available options and any additional charges (if any).

QUESTION:
What shipping methods do you use?
ANSWER:
Normal shipping is done via UPS ground service or USPS Priority. Part of our services when you
shop with us is we will post your UPS tracking number and a direct link to the
UPS Tracking Service, so you will be able to track your order right to your door
! Sorry but USPS shipments will not be issued a tracking number nor insured.
Only UPS will have that.

QUESTION:
Do you ship outside of the continental U.S.?
ANSWER:
We ship orders nationally and to Alaska and Hawaii. We DO NOT ship to
Canada. There is a minimum order of $100.00 to ship to Alaska or Hawaii. NO
COD's ! See "Shipping" for rates.

QUESTION:
I have received my order but I have a problem with it,
what should I do?
ANSWER:
Please email us with the order #, your name and what you would
like us to do. If the order is lost, we will supply you with any available
tracking/ information and what can be done. If it is broken, depending on the
item, you may or may not have to return the item. Either way the item
will be replaced ! If you don�t like the quality,
return the item(s) within 30 days in the same condition and packaging that you
received it and we will issue a credit, exchange or refund
on the item(s), which ever you prefer. Sorry, we do not give refunds
for freight !

Do you offer Quantity Discounts?
ANSWER:
YES. All product price / discounts are shown at the bottom of
each product description. If you are looking to purchase an item(s) in quantities larger
than those listed on the site, then

Can I order by Phone?
ANSWER:
No. Sorry, but to keep our product cost down, we do not offer a
phone order service. We ask that all customers purchase directly through the web
site. If an item is not listed on our site but listed in our catalog or
you are having trouble purchasing through our site, please email us. We
will contact you, normally within 24 hours.
